Wwwwwoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwww THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! I got a medium rare Porterhouse, my wife got a MR ribeye, my daughter got the Cajun chicken salad, and my other two for personal pizzas. My porterhouse was pretty gristly (what are you gonna do? ) but was cooked to absolute perfection. My first three bites were depressing......my friend has told me for years how great this place was and how great stuff is seasoned. He said he used to work there and back kitchen was really important and they were a proud place. The first three bites were cooked great, but no taste other than natural meat, which isn't exactly a bad thing.......BUT WAIT!!!! A FLAVOR EXPLOSION!!!! By far the best seasoned steak I've ever eater. So many sensations while eating that single piece. Whew. Moving on. My baked potato.......I'm not a fan of baked potato's. With that being said, I would eat a baked potato here every single day. My goodness, there was excellent taste in ever bite. I don't know how they do it but it's a chefs kiss. My wife's steak was slightly more rare than it should've been but she didn't say much about it. I'm guessing she enjoyed it as much as I did . The kids pizzas looked amazing and perfectly cooked. My daughter's Cajun chicken salad was incredible for a salad. Ranch dressing was fantastic and chicken was moist and cooked perfectly. Service was great considering the rush they had. I was quite impressed. Waitress was super nice and easy to work with. Ambiance, it's a steakhouse so it's low light. I don't care for low light, but it quite literally "is what it is". By far the best meal I've eaten ANYWHERE quite some time. 100% recommend.

I was looking to find a place by my STL residence, a place to sit at the bar and grab a good burger, and maybe a beer or a glass of wine. When I arrived I found a packed parking lot, and thought to myself it's either really good, or just one in the area. Turns out they were really good. Overall have been lucky to get a good burger at steakhouses, they seem to know how to make on medium rare, just the way I like it. Bartenders were friendly and attentive, and I made some friends with some of the local people that live in the area. Overall a very good experience, will return.

Plenty to choose from, we saw some fantastically large baked potatoes and nice pizza but steak is the way to go. My nephew had a burger, done perfect. And our char steak salads were medium perfection. This time I had enough for a left over meal later at night . Atmosphere seemed relaxed despite the crowd and the service was outstanding, my coffee cup was never empty.

This place is fantastic!' The vibe is old school dining when people were happy to be out and simpler times, They have a full bar area and it's a popular spot for a good drink and a lighter bite.,The dining areas are comfortable and almost always crowded so you may have a bit of a wait depending on what time you arrive. The menu has daily specials and many tasty options so you won't be disappointed. My choice was the Tucker burger with cheddar cheese and it was fantastic, 1/2 pound burger grilled to perfection and served with soft cheddar cheese , pickles and onions with a side of hot crispy fries. If you're in the area and hungry stop in and enjoy a delicious meal.

Including Tucker's Steakhouse in your dining routine is a must every now and then. It's my top choice for steak, surpassing even the pricier steak places in the area. Tuesdays are perfect for Prime rib night, a choice that never disappoints. While many rave about their house salad dressing, I personally find their blue cheese dressing with blue cheese crumble absolutely delicious. The cowboy rib-eye, especially when featured as the special of the day, cooked medium and smothered with onions and mushrooms, is truly mouthwatering. Their baked potato stands out as one of the best I've had compared to other places. Even the appetizers never fail to impress. Sometimes, I opt for a lunch visit just to indulge in their steak salad with blue cheese crumble--a definite winner. Although their pizza looks tempting, I've never tried it; every visit to Tucker's has me hooked on their beef entrees. You simply can't go wrong with Tuckers!

Tuckers Place South is a steak house staple in St. Louis! My husband & I went last minute without any reservations & they got us right in even though there were multiple large groups waiting to get sat. The waitress seemed super busy but we understood & she constantly checked in on us, our food also came out super quick & the food was great. If she wasn't checking in on us, then someone else was & keeping our drinks full. It's super pretty in there right now since they have all the Christmas decorations up. I definitely recommend Tuckers South!

There is a bar in the back and several cozy dining rooms. This place was busy on a Thursday night! Had a great dinner. Our server was Yasman and he was busy but did a great job. We got the appetizer combo of fried ravioli and zucchini sticks. Both were very good. I had grilled chicken and baked potato which was huge. It came with a significant side salad and dinner rolls. They have angry orchard cider and a dry cider.
